A Message From Executive Women Build
I am Jessica Diederich, CEO of Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity, and I am thrilled to announce our Executive Women Build Team for Women Build 2024. This remarkable team comprises some of the leading executive women in our community, all coming together to make a significant impact through Habitat for Humanity.
Our mission is twofold. Firstly, we aim to empower women by providing them with the opportunity to learn new, valuable skills such as using power tools and building a house. This hands-on experience is designed to boost confidence and inspire women to step out of their comfort zones, gaining abilities they might not otherwise seek.
Secondly, and equally important, is our commitment to lifting up women in our community who face challenges in accessing affordable homeownership. By building a decent, affordable house, we are directly supporting these women, giving them a path to stability and self-reliance.
However, our goal extends beyond just constructing a home. We aim to maximize our impact by fundraising for Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity. This local organization tirelessly works to create affordable housing solutions, offering qualified applicants the chance to purchase a home with a 0% interest mortgage.
To truly triple our impact, we are reaching out to our peers and networks, seeking your financial support for Women Build 2024. Your contribution will not only help us build homes but will also empower women throughout our community. Together, we can create a lasting legacy of strength, stability, and self-reliance.

Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity is part of a global, nonprofit housing organization operated on Christian principles that seeks to put God’s love into action by building homes, communities and hope. Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity is dedicated to eliminating substandard housing locally and worldwide through constructing, rehabilitating and preserving homes; by advocating for fair and just housing policies; and by providing training and access to resources to help families improve their shelter conditions. Habitat for Humanity was founded on the conviction that every man, woman and child should have a simple, durable place to live in dignity and safety, and that decent shelter in decent communities should be a matter of conscience and action for all.
