A Message From Cora Haltaufderheid

Hello friends and family! I am excited to share the opportunity of Women Build with all of you. Please contact me if you are interested in coming out on one of our build sites during National Women Build Week - May 6-13, 2017. You will be joining over 100 women from the Green Bay area and over 17,000 women from across the US as we work to make affordable housing available for qualified families in our community. You will get to network, learn new skills and work alongside our homeowners - it will be a rewarding experience for all! If volunteering isn't for you, then please support me as I work to raise money for Women Build. All volunteers are asked to donate or raise a minimum of $50 this year to secure their spot during National Women Build Week. The money raised will stay local in Brown County and support the building costs of a future Habitat home this fall. Thank you for supporting Habitat! Cora

In Support of Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity

Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity is part of a global, nonprofit housing organization operated on Christian principles that seeks to put God’s love into action by building homes, communities and hope. Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity is dedicated to eliminating substandard housing locally and worldwide through constructing, rehabilitating and preserving homes; by advocating for fair and just housing policies; and by providing training and access to resources to help families improve their shelter conditions. Habitat for Humanity was founded on the conviction that every man, woman and child should have a simple, durable place to live in dignity and safety, and that decent shelter in decent communities should be a matter of conscience and action for all.
