I have a big family. I have all my children in a room including my daughter. That is already large and takes your privacy. I have many problems with drainage and problems with the water that gets in to the basement. I have trouble renting because my children are grown.

We are excited for our new home and happy for having our first home. Also, happy that the kids have their own rooms. We’re making our dreams come true. Vanessa is happy because she’s finally going to have her own room because she’s the only girl. Bryan is happy because he is finally getting a big yard so he can play soccer. Juan is happy just for having a house. Joel (Dad) is thankful for everyone that helped out on our house and making our dream come true.

In Support of Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity

Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity is part of a global, nonprofit housing organization operated on Christian principles that seeks to put God’s love into action by building homes, communities and hope. Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity is dedicated to eliminating substandard housing locally and worldwide through constructing, rehabilitating and preserving homes; by advocating for fair and just housing policies; and by providing training and access to resources to help families improve their shelter conditions. Habitat for Humanity was founded on the conviction that every man, woman and child should have a simple, durable place to live in dignity and safety, and that decent shelter in decent communities should be a matter of conscience and action for all.
