A Message From Chasity Gamboa

Hi everyone! For several years now I have participated in the Habitat for Humanity Women Build. I enjoy making a difference in my community and being a part of this build is a personally rewarding experience for me. My first build, at least 12 years ago now, was for my best friend Ayme. We were helping her collect her sweat equity hours. We put together the housing frame and I was using tools that I never imagined I'd be using. It was so satisfying when we were able to raise the frame and I will never forget that feeling.

Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity is dedicated to eliminating substandard housing locally and worldwide through constructing, rehabilitating and preserving homes; by advocating for fair and just housing policies; and by providing training and access to resources to help families improve their shelter conditions.
